People moving into key executive positions
Maryjo Charbonnier has been named corporate vice president and chief human resources officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions. She recently served as vice president of HR at PepsiCo Foods. Charbonnier previously was vice president of talent sustainability and held several HR leadership positions for PepsiCo divisions in Canada and Mexico.

Diane Adams has been named executive vice president of human resources at Allscripts. She recently served as vice president of HR for worldwide sales and international theaters at Cisco Systems. Adams previously was senior manager of customer service at Nortel and founder of consulting firm Renaissance Group.

Ashley Fina has been named president at Michael C. Fina. A certified recognition professional, Fina recently served as the company's executive vice president of international business development and will continue to oversee the company's international expansion efforts.

John Verderese has been named leader of the U.S. advisory services talent management group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He previously served as the firm's U.S. advisory human capital leader. Verderese previously was a member of the firm's human capital leadership team, advisory leadership group and extended leadership team.

Aon Consulting recently made two appointments:
Lou Monari has been named vice president of business development for New York and New Jersey at Aon Consulting. He recently served as a business development executive at Marsh and Mercer. Monari previously was senior vice president of human resources at RCN Corp.
Alan Pang has been named research director for the firm's global research center. He recently served as managing director of HR outsourcing for the greater China region at Hewitt Associates.

Marriott ExecuStay recently made two appointments:
Frances Beck has been named national account and catastrophe manager for the insurance housing solutions division. She recently served as an account executive with Marriott ExecuStay, Sacramento, and previously was a sales manager at Marriott's Residence Inn Roseville.
Michelle Ferraro has been named general manager for the Chicago market. She previously held positions in human resources, food and beverage, operations and sales for Marriott International.

Paul Prendergast has been named vice president of sales and marketing at E.A. Dion. He recently served as the company's senior director of sales development.

Charles Lamont has been named chief legal officer and executive vice president at Delta Dental of California. He recently served as the company's senior vice president for legal and compliance. Lamont previously was in private practice.

Jennifer P. Keller has been named chair of the labor and employment department at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz. She recently served as vice chair of the department.

John H. Wang has been named managing director at Sanford Rose Associates, Minneapolis. He recently served as chief technology officer at CircuLite.

Sibson Consulting recently made these appointments:

John Kent Graham has been named vice president and regional director of compliance research. He recently served as regional director of compliance research.
Susan A. Smith has been named vice president and director of human resources. She previously held several HR positions at the company.

Korn/Ferry recently made two appointments:

Eric Pikus has been named global head, consumer and commercial banking, in the financial services practice and member of the CEO and board services practice. He recently served as North American managing partner of the diversified financial services practice at Heidrick & Struggles.
Jeffrey Wierichs has been named a senior client partner and member of the life sciences market in the New York office. He recently served as a senior partner in the life sciences and health care practice at Heidrick & Struggles.

Shams Talib has been named market business leader for the Pacific Southwest in the retirement, risk and finance business at Mercer. He will also serve on Mercer's U.S. retirement operating committee and Pacific Southwest leadership team. Talib previously was a principal in the Los Angeles office of Towers Perrin and the Canadian retirement financial management practice leader in the Toronto office of Towers Perrin.

Benefit Informatics recently announced two appointments:

Earle Rice has been named vice president, professional services. He recently served as senior vice president of finance at Community Care Managed Health Plans of Oklahoma.
Jerzy Lysikowski has been named director, data analytics. He recently served as director of data analysis and reporting for Community Care Managed Health Plans of Oklahoma.

Jeff Korte has been named director of the special investigative unit at Litigation Solutions. He recently served as a major and bureau chief of the Florida Division of Insurance Fraud.

Jim Robins has been named leader of the business partnership development division at PeopleKeys. He recently served as president at TTI Performance Systems. Robins previously was founding partner at Robins and Associates.

Dan Guilbert has been named a senior vice president and chief actuary at Hartford Life. He recently served as the company's chief risk officer. Guilbert previously was chief product and risk actuary at International Wealth Management and vice president and director of enterprise risk management at Hartford Life.

Peter Prestele has been named vice president of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) enterprise sales at SuccessFactors. He recently served as area vice president of software group Germany at Hewlett-Packard. Prestele previously was managing director of Central and Eastern Europe at Mercury Interactive and vice president EMEA websphere business intelligence at IBM Europe.
