People moving into key executive positions
Vicki Bernholz has been named chief people officer at SuccessFactors. She recently served as vice president of human resource operations at Gap Inc. Bernholz previously was senior director of field human resources at Wild Oats Markets Inc. and Henry's Farmers Market, COO at OfficeWise and senior director at Boston Chicken.


Wayne Rustin has been named chief human resources officer at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies. He recently served as director, human resources business partner, for the sales and distribution business unit at IBM. Rustin previously was director of global equal opportunity, marketplace and workplace diversity at IBM and vice president of human resources counseling at J.C. Penney.

Carlos S. Echalar has been named executive vice president of human resources at ManTech. He recently served as senior vice president of global human resource operations at SAIC. Echalar previously was senior director of human resources at The Titan Corp. and vice president of human resources at American Management Systems.

Troy Workman has been named vice president of service delivery in the Americas at NorthgateArinso. He recently served as vice president of HR outsourcing at Accenture. Workman previously was director of HR shared service at Koch Industries, manager of global payroll, benefits and HRIS at Ensco International and manager of associate services and corporate benefits at Rich Products.

Kathryn Gray has been named chief people officer at Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. She recently served as a principal at Gray & Associates. Gray previously was a partner at Artifex Communications, vice president of administration at The Berkshire Group, vice president of human resources and operations at Pepsi-Cola, and vice president at American Hospital Supplies.

Sharon Creamer has been named vice president of sales at Cognisco. She recently served as interim sales and marketing director for the U.K. and Ireland at Williams Medical Supplies. Creamer previously was interim sales and marketing director at iSOFT and sales director at Compuware.

Erin Krehbiel has been named senior vice president of marketing and product development at ACI Specialty Benefits. She previously worked as the company's sales director.

Kenexa recently made these appointments:
Eric Lochner has been named chief marketing officer. He recently served as the firm's managing director, EMEA. Before that, he worked on the firm's U.S. acquisitions. Lochner previously was an executive vice president at Golin Harris and held various marketing positions at CareerBuilder.com, Headhunter.net, Kuczmarski & Associates and InterCall.
Sarah Teten has been named chief customer officer. She recently served as the firm's chief marketing officer. Teten previously held various positions at the company, including director of marketing and sales executive.

Bruce Serpa has been named vice president of sales at Sonasoft. He recently served as director of North American sales and strategic alliances at i365, a Seagate Technology company. Serpa previously worked at Calluna Technology, Siemens and Tandberg Data.

Christopher Dowd has been named executive vice president of business development at Publicis Strategic Solutions Group. He recently served as vice president of sales at Allergan. Dowd previously was senior vice president of sales and sales operations at Esprit Pharma and vice president of sales-specialty at Pfizer.

Rozanne M. Andersen has been named CEO of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. She recently served as the organization's executive vice president and general counsel.

Steve DeMorro has been named vice president of human resources, recruitment and health care education at Publicis Strategic Solutions Group. He recently was involved in contract and company recruitment. DeMorro previously worked at Bristol-Myers as director of recruitment and employee relations, regional sales director and division manager.

Catherine Aldrich has been named vice president of operations at HireRight. She recently served as executive vice president at Accurate Background.

Aon Consulting recently made these appointments:
Joan Boughton has been named senior vice president and Central West key account management leader. She recently served as a senior vice president at Fidelity Investments. Boughton previously was a worldwide partner at Mercer.
Andy Hiles has been named senior vice president and large-market growth and innovation leader for the U.S. health and benefits practice. He previously held several positions at Hewitt Associates, including principal and national strategy resource, Atlanta market manager and Southeast market group leader.
Erik Kapelke has been named senior vice president, key account manager and local market leader for the San Francisco office. He recently served as regional business development leader and principal at Mercer. Kapelke previously was manager of the international benefits practice at Woodruff-Sawyer.

Thomas Tomczyk has been named a principal in the Pittsburgh office of Buck Consultants. He recently served as a principal at Mercer. Tomczyk previously was corporate actuary at Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania.

Great-West Retirement Services recently made these new appointments:
Joe Carew has been named a regional sales director for the New Jersey market. He previously worked in sales and marketing positions at John Hancock and The Hartford.
Laura Catalano has been named a regional sales director for the New Jersey market. She previously held a variety of sales positions at ING.
Jonah Caldwell has been named regional sales director for Arkansas and Oklahoma. He recently served as an internal wholesaler at the firm. Caldwell previously was a financial advisor at AXA Advisors.
