People moving into key executive positions

Richard Mazelsky has been named president and COO of Clovis. He recently served as senior vice president at Todays Office Professionals. Mazelsky previously worked as senior vice president at Spherion, president of Sparks Personnel Services and president of Tandem Staffing Solutions.

Amy B. Smith has been named vice president of human capital at Information Experts. She recently served as executive director of human capital at Kadix Systems/Dynamics Research Corp. Smith previously worked as president and chief learning officer at Amy Smith Consulting and as education program manager at Consumer Bankers Association.

Jeff Griese has been named chief human resources officer at ZS Associates. He recently served as global director of human resources for the resources operating group at Accenture. Griese was previously based in Accenture’s London office as director of human resources for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
Thomas Colgan has been named COO of Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America. Colgan previously was a founder of Health Network Systems and a founder of Resource Information Management Systems.

Linda Cavanna-Wilk has been named of counsel in the affirmative action practice at Ford & Harrison’s New York office. She recently was an instructor in employment law at Cornell University and previously worked as a partner in the labor and employment law practice at Winston & Strawn.

Carol Dasenbrook has been named practice leader of the workforce management division at Clovis. She recently served as a senior manager at BearingPoint. Dasenbrook previously worked as a senior sales representative at Watson Pharmaceuticals and an account executive at TEKsystems.

Kevin J. Tierney has been named vice president and general counsel at Disability RMS. He recently served as senior vice president and general counsel at Unum.

Paul Moran has been named managing director, East Coast, at Taylor Winfield. He recently worked at CTPartners. Moran previously was a managing director at Korn/Ferry, partner at Heidrick & Struggles, vice president of management recruiting at Internet Capital Group and director of business development at Arthur Andersen.

Charles T. Huddleston has been named a shareholder in the Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz. He recently served as a partner and co-chair of the employment law and public sector groups at Arnall Golden Gregory. Huddleston previously represented Mayor Shirley Franklin of Atlanta, former Atlanta mayor and U.S. Ambassador Andrew Young, and the Georgia Campaign to Elect Barack Obama.

Mary Jo Lichty has been named health care workforce management specialist at Axsium Group. She recently served as a health care solution consultant at Kronos. Lichty previously held management positions at AtStaff, Per-Se Technologies and Covenant Medical Center.

Susan Wright has been named director of compliance and consulting at DailyAccess Corp. She recently served as the company’s senior compliance consultant. Wright previously worked as a partner at Wright Retirement Services and as a certified public accountant at Alday, Wright & Giles.

Jamie Glenn has been named chief product officer at Jobvite. She recently served as vice president of product management at Trulia. Glenn previously was director of product of real estate and classifieds at Yahoo, vice president of business development at Knight Ridder Digital and business manager of real estate and real classifieds at Knight Ridder.

Stephen Tafaro has been named vice president of channel development at CyberShift. He recently served as the company’s vice president of sales. Tafaro previously was the executive vice president of sales at Financial Technologies and president of Bell Atlantic Software Systems.

Michael Dammer has been named director of military services at Bekins Van Lines. He recently served as director of operations at New World Van Lines. Dammer previously worked as vice president and general manager of Fry Wagner, a United Van Lines agent, and as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.

InfoMart recently announced two key appointments:

Charles Esposito has been named CEO of InfoMart. He recently served as the company’s COO. Esposito previously worked as the company’s vice president of business development.
Adam Townsend has been named director of operations at InfoMart. He recently served as manager of the company’s criminal department. He previously worked as a private investigator.

Steve Gluckman has been named vice president of knowledge and learning products at Acquisition Solutions. He recently served as senior director of professional and organizational development at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips. Gluckman previously was a special advisor to the office of the CEO of the 2004 Democratic National Convention Committee and founder of Distributed Insight Associates.

Robert Natt has been named CEO of PayFlex Holdings. He recently served as president and CEO of MBI Benefits. Natt previously was CEO of Physicians Health Services, executive vice president at Oxford Health Plans and president and CEO of HealthAmerica of Philadelphia.

Ariel D. Cudkowicz has been named chair of the single-plaintiff litigation practice group at Seyfarth Shaw. She also serves as a partner in the firm’s Boston office.

Connie Garrison has been named head of business development in the health care staffing division at The Mahone Group.

Aon Consulting recently made several new appointments:

Ken Oehler has been named vice president and New York office leader for the organizational performance and implementation practice. He recently served as principal of the global change implementation practice at Towers Perrin.
Daniel Russell has been named senior vice president of human capital. He also serves as the Southeast regional practice leader for the human capital consulting practice.
Nina Zazzara has been named senior vice president of the health and benefits practice. She also serves as local practice leader for the employee benefits group in the Parsippany, New Jersey, office.
Kristine Klepper has been named senior vice president of the health and benefits practice. She also serves as local market leader in the greater New York/New Jersey market.
Ray Walsh has been named senior vice president of the key account manager group.

J.T. Thompson has been named a principal in the firm’s New York office. He recently served as consulting market group leader for the East region at Hewitt Associates.
Andrea Malagoli has been named a director in the firm’s compensation practice. He recently served as a consultant at Mercurio Capital Partners. Malagoli previously was a director at Jefferies Financial Products, a director at the Chicago Trading Co. and a physicist at the Enrico Fermi Institute at the University of Chicago.
Robert Lis has been named a director of new business development in the Berwyn, Pennsylvania, office. Lis recently worked as vice president of sales and marketing at Miria Systems and vice president of sales and alliances at Synygy.
Hal Knox has been named a principal in the firm’s New York office. He recently served as a vice president at JPMorgan.
Chad Hueffmeier has been named a principal in the firm’s New York office. He recently served as executive director of global portfolio solutions at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
