Non-Verbal Communication is Critical When Talking to TV Cameras

When you're talking to the media, particularly on TV, never let them see you sweat.

Never let them see you twitch, look around, watch your watch, or act particularly nervous either. Most of what TV viewers will remember about you will be gleaned from your non-verbal cues.

If you practice for interviews heavily and repeatedly, you'll be prepared enough to feel confident about your message, and the non-verbal communication will show that.
