How do I update my address or other information?
To ensure that Workforce moves when you do, please send your former and new addresses using any of the contact methods listed above. If possible, please include a copy of your current Workforce mailing label.

How do I renew my subscription?
You will be notified prior to the expiration of your subscription. You may also renew your subscription today by using any of the contact methods listed above.

I'm receiving multiple issues of Workforce.
If you are receiving multiple copies of Workforce, but would like only one, you can use any of the contact methods listed above to:
  1. Arrange to have the extra copies sent to a colleague, as a gift.

  2. Cancel the second subscription and apply the balance to your current subscription.

  3. Cancel the second subscription, and receive a refund.

When does my subscription expire?
The expiration date of your subscription is indicated on the top-right corner of your Workforce mailing label. This date is the month of your last issue. Or, you can contact us using any of the methods listed above.

How can I receive a replacement issue?
If your subscription has not expired and you have not received the most recent issue of Workforce, please contact us using any of the methods listed above. A replacement issue will be sent immediately.

* Requests must be made within four months of the missing issue.
