Software developer Intuit Inc. has made its mark in recent years as an innovator of products and company culture. Under the direction of benefits manager Sarah Lecuna, the tech firm can now add health and wellness to its list of innovations.
Lecuna, 39, created and implemented the Mountain View, California-based company’s global wellness program, which features outcomes-based incentives and healthy cafeteria food, on-site access to exercise and nutrition programs and health screenings.
Lecuna, who is based in San Diego, leads benefits strategy, design and delivery for the maker of financial software like TurboTax and QuickBooks. She joined the company in 2002 as a payroll specialist.
