Workforce Management magazine subscription rates for one year (12 issues) are:

United States $79.00

Canada $129.00 US

All Others $199.00 US (incl. air mail)

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

Label Information 

Your customer number will appear on your mailing label if you have ordered from us before.

In the first example, your customer number is on the second line of the label and can be up to nine digits long. See the highlighted example below.

In the second example, your customer number is on the first line of the label following a few letters and can be up to nine digits long. See the highlighted example below.

New Subscriptions

Your first issue should arrive within 4 weeks of placing your subscription order.

Renewal Subscriptions 

It’s easy to renew your subscription online, just go to the Workforce Management magazine renewal subscription order page. Or, call the Workforce Management Subscription Office at 1-877- 812-1588 (outside the US, 1-313-446-0450).

Change of Address 

Please click here to change your name or mailing address. You may also contact the Workforce Management Subscription Office at 1-877- 812-1588 (outside the US, 1-313-446-0450). For security reasons you will need to enter your customer number from your invoice or label and zip/postal code before changing your address.

Receiving Duplicate Copies 

If you are receiving multiple copies of Workforce Management but would like only one, please call the Workforce Management Subscription Office at 1-877- 812-1588 (outside the US, 1-313-446-0450).

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Late Delivery: Correct Address 

If your address is correct on your label this problem is due to post office problems. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for missing issues due to postal strikes or in-country delivery. Under these circumstances, please contact customerservice@workforce.com so that we can make arrangements for your subscription.

US and Canadian Magazine Mailing 

Workforce Management magazine is mailed the first week of the issue date on the cover.

All Other Countries Magazine Mailing 

Workforce Management magazine issues are sent by air mail and should be received within 5 weeks of mailing.

Replacement or Missing Issue 

Workforce Management will replace issues that are lost or damaged in mailing. Requests should be made within six weeks of the issue date. Subscriptions may also be extended an additional month in lieu of a replacement copy. To request a replacement issue, please call the Workforce Management Subscription Office at 1-877-812-1588 (outside the US, 1-313-446-0450).

Missing issues will be replaced at no charge when requests are made within 6 months of the missing issue date.

Requesting Back Issues 

Back issues (previous to the current month) are available for purchase. Please be aware that not all issues are available since some may be out of print. All orders must be prepaid. Please email customerservice@workforce.com or call 1-877-812-1588 (outside the US, 1-313-446-0450).

For United States and Canadian subscribers: $10.00 US per issue ($8.00, plus $2.00 S&H).

For all other countries: $12.00 US per issue ($8.00, plus $4.00 S&H).

Honoring Claims 

Claims will be honored for a period up to six months after the date of issue.
