Trust, transparency and enthusiasm are some of the intangible qualities Chenae Graham brought to the JPS Health Network’s recruitment process in her role as director of talent management.

She used her more than 11 years of experience in the human relations field to transform the company’s recruitment platform in just one year.

Working in an organization of about 5,000 employees, Graham, 32, revamped JPS Health Network’s internal communications strategy, career website, application process, temporary employee pool and promoted a quarterly career fair for current employees. Through this, she transformed how the company’s managers are involved in the recruitment process and established a partnership with talent consultants.

Graham applies her bachelor of science in human resources and management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte both inside and outside of the workplace. She volunteers as an advocate for local underprivileged teenage girls, participates in Habitat for Humanity projects and volunteers at a local food bank in her spare time.
