YourForce: The Good Part of Technology
The question isn’t what technology can do but what you can do with technology.
Pictured: Comcast Corp. has been part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America Beyond School Walls program for six years. More than 300 big brothers and sisters meet with their “little” colleagues at 14 different Comcast offices across the country once a week throughout the school year. In this photo, Jeremy Skjegstad, a Comcast project manager and “big,” has a laugh with “little” Donzell at Comcast’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office.
When it comes to technology, there’s good news and bad news
The good news is we have unprecedented power at the tips of our fingers; the bad news is we have an incredible amount of information about our people and processes at our fingertips.
Data does not equal insight. The question isn’t what technology can do but what you can do with technology.
We’ll explore that conundrum at our upcoming HR Tech online event on May 13, where you’ll have the chance to hear from leading thinkers in HR technology. More importantly, you’ll be able to ask them your burning questions and learn how to tap into technology.
No bad news there.
