The chart below gives you an idea of what part a succession planning can look like. Colors are used as codes as follows:

  • Purple - Future Vacancies
  • Blue - Current Vacancies
  • Green - Filled Positions
  • Yellow - Proposed In-House Candidate
  • White - Contract Positions
