Having a Well-Coordinated HR Strategy Pays Off in More Ways Than One
The process of creating and managing HR plans, policies and strategies is the beginning of the entire human capital life cycle. It should be the genesis of HR strategy and overall organizational strategy and the foundation upon which all other tactical HR initiatives are built.
