Techies Aren't the Only Ones Posting Resumes Online

At one time, techies were doing most of the online job-hunting. You may think that's still the case, and that you should still be relying on the print medium for other employees.

Think again. In one of the few such studies done to date, Career Mosaic analyzed keywords used by job hunters and found some surprising results. The words "manager" and "management" were by far the most common search words used, with more than one million searches performed in a three-month period. "Engineer" and "sales" were the second- and third-most common words. The words "computer" and "programmer" didn't even crack the top five.

Here are the top 25 words that people are using to search for jobs online:
