Why Employees Participate in Wellness Programs

Financial penalties motivate some employees to participate in wellness programs, but the more positive motivator is the desire for good health, according to a survey of more than 1,900 U.S. employees released in March. Employees were asked their primary reasons for participating in their employer’s wellness program.
