EVENT DESCRIPTION:

It's been a year of downsizing, restructuring, and cutting back HR programs. This breakage in the employment deal (that is, "you work hard for us, we take good care of you with a stable job") is having a big impact. Employee engagement is down nine percent among all employees but down a staggering 23 percent among high performers.

Don't risk your business by taking little or no action to recover employee engagement and rethink your employment deal. Doing nothing could have a devastating effect on your company. Join this webcast to learn what you can do to rebuild your HR function, regain engagement and thrive post-recession.

Watson Wyatt's Ilene Gochman will discuss:

  • Do's and Don'ts for fixing your employment deal

  • Steps you can take to start rebuilding engagement--even on a lean budget

  • What HR should be doing now

* HRCI Recertification Credit: 1.5 hours
This program has been approved for 1.5 hours recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
