I write about such issues as the "employment deal" between workers and organizations, people management strategies, advances in workplace technology and the social safety nets designed to catch displaced workers. I'm convinced the world is progressing toward an era of greater reciprocity between workers and employers, and organizations that get ahead of this trend are more likely to thrive.
