Ninety years. Think about it. While that's a blip on the radar for countries such as China or Greece, that number makes up 38 percent of U.S. history going back to the Declaration of Independence. And so much has happened in the past 90 years, especially in the U.S. workforce. Without a doubt, we've come a long way.
