Hi, Our former head of compensation moved on and so too did any knowledge of our Compensation Structure. We need someone to look at what we (as we beleive it is no longer relevant) and provide a framework we can have use as we grow.
We are also pushed for time, so I thought a Constulting company may be the best bet but have no history of working with anyone and am looking for recomendations. Given our time line, I doubt this is a one person job (IC), but rather something we need an organization to assist with.
