for example - We have supervisors that are hiring employees at a part-time position. They are then working them full time for extended periods of times. So these employees are working the hours to recieve benefits (specifically health insurance) but not getting them because they were hired under a classification that does not given them benefits.
So questions -
Do people have a time frame that no matter what classification employees are hired on they start getting benefits -
What are the diffrent classification that people have and how are they defined-
