We are looking at implementing an annual Employee Recognition Awards. We plan to use our core values as the categories:
· Integrity· Respect· Versatility· Teamwork· Sense of community· Promotion of Work/life balance
My question is, does anyone have examples of critera that they have used for employee awards? Some of the categories are fairly easy to come up with criteria and examples, but some are more difficult. If anyone has any siggestions it would be appreciated.
