One Year Projects
Start with a small and local core work group and then use a flexible workforce to help with the busy times. Flexible work force could be temps, contract workers, interns, or it could be individuals from other departments.
It would be my first choice to draw from internal talent because it could be an excellent opportunity to develop your employees and because their motivation and knowledge is typically higher making them a more efficeint choice. Bt as others have said, that depends. It could be the type of project that you don't want to burden your staff with and that might be just fine with them too.
