I will be graduating in May with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration/HR. I have three years of experience in recruiting and processing applicants for the U.S Navy. I also have six years of experience in administration, customer service, training and development in the Navy. Most of HR job required years of experience in the field or specific knowledge of HR programs (which I do not have). Should I set for any administrative job and work my way in to the HR department? My long term goal is to become a HR executive (someday).
