I'm taking the WorldatWork Work-Life Effectivness exam later next week.
I was wondering if the exam tests you on very specific statistics that are covered in the course binder? For example: US businesses spend $11.4 billion for working caregivers.
Are these sort of stats/time sensitive facts covered in the exam? I can see that they would be out of date very quickly.
