I'm in the process of redesigning an HR exchange program in my organization (where we work with a partner company to exchange an HR employee from each company for a period of time).
I'm trying to use this as a catalyst for not only the exchange employee's development, but also the broader team.
Does anyone have ideas on how exchange employees can creatively share their experiences for the benefit of the broader team? Right now we already have the employees keeping a daily blog that the rest of the team can follow.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
