We just conducted our first ever employee survey. I am wondering if others out there have done the same and if so, what were the top 5 things your employees seemed to complain the most about.

Any feedback would be welcome.

We are a business to business call center in western Nebraska.

We recently conducted our survey in April and employees complained about:
- Benefits
- The need for more communication

We completed our first employee survey two months ago. The top five issues were:

Communication
Senior/Executive management lack of involvement
Benefits
Pay
Competition

I would imagine that the top 5 complaints are going to vary very little from company to company. In some cases, there might be an issue that is extremely company specific, however, most employees are the same when it comes to motivators and satisfiers.
