I am currently using way too many Excel spreadsheets for our employee info. Our company is around 185 emps and I'm wondering if anyone could recommend an user friendly software for HR purposes. Thank you.

What payroll system do you use? Many come with an HR module that usually interacts with payroll well. That would be my first suggestion.

We use ADP PayExpert but I feel their HR module isn't what I'm truly looking for plus the cost is silly.

We currently use Paychex HR Online. It's pretty user friendly and our payroll information is fed in HR or vice versa. We are considering switching to ADP or Peliton next year.

In my past life we used Mas90 payroll and Abra HR. Abra was pretty user friendly and about $10,000 but I'm not sure what your budget is.

Anybody have experience with the newer versions of Abra?

We are using Sage/Abra for payroll, HR, and attendance tracking. The system works for our small group. We have around 55 employees.

Payroll is also looking as products from Paycom, which have HRIS, COBRA and benefits modules. Anyone have any experience with this one?
