We are looking to change from our current vendor for our annual employee survey. We need a vendor that utilizes technology as we are a nationwide company. This vendor should also be able to conduct analysis on the information received.
Does anyone have a recommendation.

Gallup was a vendor at my last job and they were great. The survey was automated with 24hr access for the employees and it was strictly confidential. Additionally, they were able to provide metric reports by dept if the dept had more than 5 people (confidentiality purposes).
