People moving into key executive positions

Mark Wilbur has been named president and CEO of Employers Group. Wilbur was associate dean of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California for the past three years.

Micky Woo has been named president and chief operating officer of TMNG Global. Woo has been with the company for 17 years and most recently served as COO.

Kyle Lundby has been named lead consultant for the Asia-Pacific region at Kenexa. Lundby was promoted from his previously held role at Gantz Wiley, a company acquired by Kenexa in August. Before joining Gantz Wiley two years ago, Lundby was a director at Data Recognition Corp. and a senior consultant at Questar.

Patricia D’Aurizio has been named director of client solutions at Bernard Hodes Group. Prior to joining Bernard Hodes, she was regional director of employment and recruitment for Novant Health

James E. Boone has joined Nosal Partners as managing partner for the Atlanta office. Prior to joining Nosal Partners, Boone was managing partner for Windship Partners. Before that, he was president of the Americas for Korn/Ferry International.

Lynn Kittelson has been appointed director of human resources for the Naples Bay Resort, part of Benchmark Hospitality. Prior to joining Naples Bay Resort, Kittelson served as human resources manager for Gulf Bay Hospitality.

Ted Munice has joined Buck Consultants as director of its health and welfare consulting practice. Munice joins Buck from Smart & Associates, where he was a consultant.

Thomas M. Marra been named president and COO of the Hartford Financial Services Group. Marra joined Hartford in 1980. In 1994 he was named senior vice president and director of individual life and annuities, and in 2000 he was promoted to COO of Hartford Life, then becoming president in 2001. Most recently, he was a member of the company’s board of directors and president and COO of Hartford Life.

Ken Holec has been appointed CEO of HotGigs. Most recently, Holec was chairman of Revation Systems. Before that, he was interim CEO for Peopleclick from 2002 to 2003. He also was president and CEO of ShowCase Corp. from 1993 to 2001. Before that, he spent 13 years with Lawson Software, ultimately serving as president and CEO from 1985 to 1993.

Robert Maclean has been promoted to vice president of consulting services at Digineer Solutions. Maclean most recently was director at Digineer.

Barbara Marder has joined Mercer as head of global defined-contribution consulting. Marder has been with Mercer for 20 years, previously serving as professional leader of Mercer’s Americas retirement business.

Donna Caldarola has joined Benchmark Hospitality’s Edith Macy Conference Center as director of human resources. Most recently, she was compensation and training development coordinator for Maryknoll Fathers & Bros

Paul Steven Henry has been appointed vice president of product development at MassMutual. Henry held a similar position at John Hancock before joining MassMutual. He has also held positions in the retirement services divisions at Scudder, Transamerica and Charles Schwab.

George Herrmann has been named executive vice president of the Americas for Right Management. Previously, Herrmann led Right Management’s overall finance and administrative divisions. Before joining Right Management, Herrmann was CFO for Jefferson Wells.

Katie Valentine has joined Aon Consulting as a consultant. She comes to Aon from Mercer, where she was an associate in the health and benefits practice.

Eric Gillespie has been appointed chief information officer at Onvia. Prior to joining Onvia, Gillespie was executive vice president and COO at the Patent Board. Before that he served as vice president and managing director at the SBI Group.

Peter J. Gordon has joined Epsen Fuller/IMD International Group as a partner. Most recently, he was with AT&T/Lucent Technologies in various operating roles.

Joe Pulichino has joined the Human Capital Institute as vice president of education and corporate membership. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing at WBT Systems and director of research at eLearning Guild and principal consultant at the Athena Learning Group.

Jack Terrana has been appointed director of sales at Headcount Management. Terrana has 13 years of staffing sales experience. He has been with Randstad and Adecco, where he specialized in setting up new staffing firms nationwide.

Tim Tiffin has joined OrthoSynetics as chief information officer. Most recently, he served as CIO and COO of South Texas Dental. Before this, he was senior vice president and COO of First National Net.

Ron Drabik has joined PSI as chief financial officer. Drabik comes to PSI from Regency Hospital Co., where he served as CFO.

Margaret Simms has been appointed senior fellow at the Urban Institute. Simms was with the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies for the past 21 years.

Charles Nash has joined Yoh as vice president of engineering. Before joining Yoh, Nash was senior director of engineering staffing for CDI.

Danielle Comeaux has been promoted to managing partner of the Houston branch at Lucas Group.

Lynne F. Seid has joined Heidrick & Struggles as a partner in the New York office. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Seid was partner of Visible World. Previously, she was president of Foote, Cone & Belding.
