Terri Thompson has been promoted to senior
vice president of executive search at Carlsen Resources. Thompson joined
Carlsen in 2006 as a consultant. Before Carlsen, Thompson spent most of
her career with Cox Communications, most recently as vice president of marketing. |

Paul Krause has been promoted to CEO of Element
K. Krause became president of Element K in October 2006. Prior to that,
he was executive vice president of development and operations for the company.

the Conference Board. Most recently, Fosler was executive vice president
and chief economist for the organization. She will continue as chief economist
as well until a successor is named. Fosler has been with the Conference

of human resources at PopCap Games. Most recently, Sampel was director of
human resources and organization development at KCTS. |

vice president of operations for employee care, Asia-Pacific, at Convergys.
Before joining Convergys, Jeremiah was general manager of the life insurance
division at NTUC Income. |

as principal. Pappa comes to Buck from Mercer, where he was head of defined-contribution
