Jimmie Walton Paschall has been named
senior vice president of external affairs and global diversity officer for
Marriott International. She will also oversee the company’s support of the
Marriott Foundation for People With Disabilities and its national "Bridges
… From School to Work" program. With this newly created position, Paschall
returns to Marriott after serving as executive vice president of external
affairs at Volunteers of America. She previously held executive positions
in human resources and corporate relations with XO Communications, Sodexho
and Host Marriott Services. |

Daniel J. Lebish has been named chairman
and CEO of United Concordia Cos. Lebish will remain chairman, president
and CEO of HM Insurance Group. Previously, he served as senior vice president
of business development at Highmark Inc. He also worked as executive vice
president at HealthAmerica and CFO and vice president of administrative
services at Magee-Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. |

Michelle Meyer has been named senior
pension administrator at Benefit Plans Plus. Prior to joining Benefits Plans
Plus, a subsidiary of Brown Smith Wallace, Meyer served as a patient accounts
manager for Missouri Baptist Medical Center. |

and chief scientist of the human capital division at Vangent. Before joining
Vangent, Jones held a number of executive positions, including president
and senior psychologist for IPAT. Previously, he oversaw R&D and professional
services at Pearson Reid London House. He was also the chief industrial
psychologist and director of the human factors loss control program at St.
Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Cos. |

vice president and COO of corporate markets at AXA Equitable Life Insurance.
Previously, she held several titles at Fidelity Investments. Most recently,
she was vice president of scale and profitability for large corporate market
retirement services at Fidelity Employer Services. |

Jean Herreman has been named a principal at Buck Consultants. She will join the firm’s Atlanta practice. Herreman previously worked as a consultant at the Hackett Group. |

Richard Colver(top) and Martin Ralph have joined Willis Group Holdings’ Willis UK and Ireland Employee Benefits Practice. Colver will serve as group risk and health care director. He previously led Heath Lambert’s group risk and health care business. Ralph will serve as pension and retirement benefits director. Before joining Willis, Ralph was responsible for the occupational pensions division at PIFC Consulting. |

Kelvin L. Anderson has been named president of Exante Bank, as the company changes its name in March to OptumHealth Bank to reflect its affiliation with UnitedHealth Group. Anderson was most recently COO and CFO of both Escrow Bank USA and Capmark Bank. Prior to those positions, he was president and CEO of Merrick Bank and vice president and controller of First USA Financial Services. |

Andrew Anderson has been named vice president of human resources at Springbok Services. Most recently, Anderson was founder and owner of Critical Path. Prior to Critical Path, Anderson held several positions at FedEx, including senior managing director of operations. |

Most recently, George worked as an independent consultant assisting company executives with organizational and talent management processes. Prior to this role, she was a partner in Mercer Delta’s executive talent management practice. She is the author of three business leadership books, including The Team Leader’s Survival Guide. |

He also oversaw quality assurance for Online Resources. Previously, he worked as the director of professional services for Incurrent Solutions before it was acquired by Online Resources. |

Alex Paz has been named senior sales executive at Veritude. He will work with Veritude’s commercial sales team in Boston. Most recently, Paz was a sales director at Kenexa Corp., formerly BrassRing. He also served as a senior solutions architect and account executive at Kenexa. Prior to Kenexa, Paz was a regional sales manager at Experience Inc. |

Jonny Gray has been named a senior vice president and national director at Control Risks. A renowned counterterrorism expert, Gray will lead the firm’s crisis and security consulting department in North America. He most recently served as the firm’s director of crisis and security consulting for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Also, John Lane joins Control Risks as vice president of crisis and security consulting. Before joining Control Risks, Lane was a partner in a threat assessment consultancy. He previously served as a member of the Los Angeles Police Department, where he was considered an expert in the field of stalking and workplace violence. |
