Deborah Ellis Timberlake has been named global payroll leader for
Convergys’ HR management business. Before joining Convergys, she served
as the global process lead for IBM HR Outsourcing. She previously held
executive positions at Hewitt/Exult and ADP |

president of staffing services at Spherion. He joined Spherion after
serving as vice president and general manager for Manpower’s U.S.
professional division. Prior to Manpower, Tate was vice president and

previously served as vice president of the group division. Before
