Wil Gaitan has joined the Chicago office
of Aon Consulting Worldwide as senior vice president in the global benefits
practice. Gaitan previously held several positions at Buck Consultants,
including national director of global consulting in New York, and principal
in Buck’s Madrid, Spain; Brussels, Belgium; and Chicago offices. |

Michael Shunney has been named president
of Sun Life Financial Distributors. With this appointment, Shunney will
also serve as senior vice president and general manager of the newly formed
Sun Life U.S. Distribution Group. He previously worked as senior vice president
and general manager of Sun Life’s U.S. employee benefits group.

Lu Qiang has been named general manager
of Shanghai-based Right Management Greater China. He previously served as
Right Management’s country manager for China. Prior to joining Right Management,
Qiang worked as a human resource consultant for Mercer and Right & Resource
Consulting. |

Janet Whitehouse has been promoted
to senior vice president and general manager of the employee benefits group
division at Sun Life Financial. She previously served as senior vice president
of human resources and public relations at Sun Life. Prior to joining Sun
Life, White held several executive positions at UNUM Corp. |

Li Tong "Ronnie" Tan has been named
general manager of ASEAN and Korea at Right Management. Prior to joining
Right Management, Tan was vice president and managing director of the Asian
Region at DDI. |

Ana Dutra has been named CEO of the
leadership development solutions group at Korn/Ferry International. She
recently served as managing director of the organization strategy practice
at Accenture. Prior to joining Accenture, Dutra worked at Mercer Management
Consulting and held previous consulting positions at Marakon Associates,
CNA Consulting Group, CSC Index and IBM. |

marketing officer at Workscape. Most recently, Marzulli was senior vice
president of products and marketing at Workbrain. He previously worked as
senior vice president of global marketing at Citrix Software, vice president
of software marketing at EMC Corp. and senior vice president of marketing
at Lawson Software. |

has been named vice president of operations
at LifeCare. Prior to joining LifeCare, Wolfe was operations director for
the contact center operations support group at Cigna. He previously served
as vice president of customer service with National Westminster Bank Corp.
and as a vice president in the job training services area at ITT Corp. |

Christine Wichers has been named president
of the board of trustees of the Women’s Bar Foundation of Massachusetts.
She is a partner in the labor, employment and benefits group at Choate,
Hall & Stewart in Boston, where she practices employment litigation and
counseling. |

Erin Peterson has been named
leader of global talent acquisition at Hewitt Associates. Prior to joining
Hewitt, she was a partner at Lantern Partners. She previously served as
a director of U.S., Europe and India recruitment operations at Accenture
and Accenture HR Services. |

Brandon Conroy has been named a director
in the Pittsburgh office of Buck Consultants. Prior to joining Buck Consultants,
Conroy served as actuary at UPMC Health Plan. |

Kabin has been named vice president of professional development. She

David Barra has been named chief financial officer of ULLICO. Barra previously held several positions at Conseco, most recently serving as senior finance officer. Prior to joining Conseco, Barra was senior audit manager with the former Price Waterhouse. |
