Schuyler previously was vice president of HR at Cisco Systems and a partner in the global HR group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She recently served as vice president of HR in the global business services unit of Thomson Reuters. Insley previously was a senior HR manager and account manager at Thomson Healthcare and a benefits consultant at ARCO.

R. Larry Brown has been named of counsel in the Memphis, Tennessee, office of Jackson Lewis. He recently served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer at FedEx. Brown previously was managing director of litigation at FedEx, an assistant U.S. attorney for the Western District of Tennessee and a supervisory trial attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
