People moving into key executive positions

Andrew J. Suchoff has been named senior vice president of global human resources at Stream Global Services. He recently served as chief HR officer at Insulet Corp. Suchoff previously was senior vice president of HR at EMD Serono and also held senior HR assignments in Serono’s Geneva headquarters.

Sue Willette has been named senior vice president and chief growth officer at StayWell Health Management. She recently served as worldwide partner and national practice leader of the health and productivity management team at Mercer. Willette previously worked in sales, national accounts and special projects at StayWell.

Publicis Strategic Solutions Group recently made these appointments:
Laura Marsh Lynner has been named COO. She recently served as executive vice president and managing director of Scientific Voice. Lynner previously was executive vice president and managing director at Discovery East and executive vice president and managing director at VHC.
Richard S. Lev has been named chief compliance officer. He recently served as senior counsel at Hoffmann-LaRoche. Lev previously was regulatory counsel and compliance officer at the Food and Drug Administration, associate general counsel at Pharmacia Corp., senior counsel at Organon Pharmaceuticals and chief compliance officer at Biovail Pharmaceuticals.

David Smith has been named managing director of the global talent and organization performance practice at Accenture. He recently served as head of the company’s North America talent and organization performance practice.

Gary Beu has been named managing director, people and leadership development, at West Monroe Partners. He recently was chief human resources officer at Kirkland & Ellis. Beu previously held several HR positions at Arthur Andersen, including global managing partner of employee matters, managing partner of U.S. partner matters and director of human resources for the Chicago office, heartland market circle and U.S. Central region.

Susan R. Evans has been named COO of MidWestOne Financial Group. She recently served as senior vice president and head of retail banking at MidWestOne Bank.

Mercer recently made these appointments:
Mick Moloney has been named head of the global financial strategy group at Mercer. He will also serve as leader of the U.S. financial services group leadership team. Moloney previously was leader of Mercer’s European financial strategy group, based in Dublin, Ireland.
Mike Ponicall has been named Michigan market leader. He recently served as a managing director at Towers Perrin.

Arthur S. Meyers has been named a partner in the labor, employment and benefits group at Choate, Hall & Stewart. He recently served as the Boston practice group leader of the executive compensation and employee benefits department at Seyfarth Shaw. Meyers previously was co-chair of the executive compensation and employee benefits group at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge and chair of the executive compensation and employee benefits group at Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar.

Stacy Nicholas has been named manager of payroll services and human resources support at OperationsInc. She recently served as the company’s HR and payroll administrator. Nicholas previously held a supervisory role at Paychex Inc.

Alejandro Mayorkas has been named director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He recently served as a partner at O’Melveny & Myers. Mayorkas previously was U.S. attorney for the Central District of California.

Darren Ware has been named senior manager of human resources at Publicis Selling Solutions. He recently served as senior director of human resources at Sciele Pharmaceuticals.

Ricardo Resio has been named principal in charge, human resources, at Rehmann. He recently served as the company’s HR manager.

Martha Spano has been named a senior vice president and Central West Coast regional leader at Aon Investment Consulting. She recently served as the West division practice leader at Watson Wyatt.

Gisele Norris has been named managing director of the Western region at Aon Corp. She recently served as primary leader of Aon’s pandemic preparedness task force.

Jeffrey Adix has been named executive vice president and CFO at Right Management. He recently served as CFO of the North American non-hazardous waste and recycling business at Veolia Environnement. Adix previously was area controller for Central and South America at S.C. Johnson & Son and a consulting manager at Arthur Andersen.

Eileen Hayden has been named assistant vice president of the health and benefits practice in the Austin office of Aon Consulting. She recently served as benefits director for the Seton Family of Hospitals. Hayden previously was a health and welfare manager at Applied Materials.

Kurt Twining has been named principal and Dallas office market leader at Buck Consultants. He recently served as senior vice president of human resources and security at Freescale Semiconductor.

Gregory F. Jacob has been named a partner in the labor and employment practice in the Washington, D.C., office of Winston & Strawn. He recently served as the solicitor of labor in the U.S. Department of Labor. Jacob previously was senior advisor to the U.S. secretary of labor, deputy solicitor of labor, special assistant to President George W. Bush for domestic policy, specializing in immigration and justice issues, and attorney advisor in the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel.

Walker Information recently made these appointments:

Randall Shoemaker has been named a principal. He also serves as COO and executive vice president in charge of research services, information technology and human resources.
Mark Winzenread has been named a principal. He also serves as CFO and executive vice president of administration and as Walker’s ethics officer.

Jim Robison has been named managing partner in the Wilmington, North Carolina, office of Sanford Rose Associates. He recently served as COO of McGill Environmental Systems. Robison previously was CFO of House of Raeford Farms.

SueAnn Naso has been named president at Staffing Solutions Enterprises. She recently served as the company’s chief customer officer. Naso previously was the company’s vice president of business development, regional manager, branch manager and business development manager.

Othon Herrera has been named vice president of specialty service groups at Pro Staff, which includes Digital People and Hunter Hamilton Professional Resources. He recently served as managing director at Operant. Herrera previously was president and CEO of Talent Tree and president and COO of Technisource (formerly IntelliMark).

Jimmy Ho has been named managing director of the Hong Kong office of Korn/Ferry International. He also serves as managing director of the Guangzhou office and as a senior client partner. He previously led the Hong Kong industrial practice, developed the Pearl River Delta practice and built the firm’s Macau gaming business.

Lori Bierman has been named vice president of talent solutions at Batrus Hollweg International. She recently served as a senior consultant at the firm.
