The new SEC rules on executive compensation disclosure affected those companies whose fiscal years ended on or after December 15, 206. Companies that filed before this date still went by the old rules for disclosing executive compensation. Below is list of Hr executives who compensation would put them in the top 30, according to data provided by Salary.com
