No one system does it all
While the 250 companies that responded to Towers Perrin’s HR Service Delivery Survey do use their core HR systems for some key workforce management functions, they often use a blend of best-of-breed, outsourced or "homegrown" solutions that were developed in house for nearly all their specialized HR needs.
