Communications Inc., an employer-branding firm based in Stockholm, Sweden, is
acquiring recruitment firm WetFeet Inc. of San Francisco. WetFeet provides job
search tools, research and other information to students via the Web. It is
perhaps best known for its annual reports on the state of student recruiting, a
guide used by Fortune 500 companies looking to hire top college graduates.
Universum, with U.S. operations based in Philadelphia, said the merger
strengthens its product portfolio, which aims to help companies create
recruitment branding strategies. Terms were not disclosed.
