Health care software company Eclipsys Corp. of Boca Raton, Florida, has bought Phoenix-based Van Slyck & Associates, a provider of nursing staffing and productivity management services.

Health Care Consolidation: Health care software company Eclipsys Corp. of Boca Raton, Florida, has bought Phoenix-based Van Slyck & Associates, a provider of nursing staffing and productivity management services. Van Slyck’s time management software uses nurse staffing models driven by the severity of a patient’s medical condition. The aim is to help supervisors provide staffing to improve employee productivity and enhance patient care. Publicly traded Eclipsys is not releasing financial details of the transaction.
