Diversity Deal: Capital H Group of Chicago
has acquired a diversity training company. Lambert & Associates of East Dundee,
Illinois—whose extensive client list include Motorola, General Electric, Sears
Holdings, IBM and Quaker Oats—helps companies develop inclusive work
environments. Although transaction terms were not revealed, Capital H said in a
statement that Lambert enables it to offer a more extensive line of services to
companies grappling with talent shortages. Capital H last year received $25
million, with part of the money used to acquire other HR firms.
