Flying Unicorn: BMH Inc., a 26-year-old company that
developed open-source software for human resource management systems, is now
part of Florham Park, New Jersey-based UnicornHRO. Unicorn, which specializes in
hosted and outsourced HR and payroll services, has acquired the assets of
Addison, Texas-based BMH for an undisclosed amount. BMH, otherwise known as
Bonnecaze, McLeroy and Harrison, made its debut in 1980 as a developer of
software products for mainframe computers and later for client/server
computing.
