Consultants Deal Down Under: Mercer Human Resource
Consulting in London has acquired HRPartnering Pty Ltd. of Melbourne, Australia.
Terms were not announced. HRPartnering is a talent management specialist that
uses Web-based software to help organizations identify top performers. It also
provides succession management and performance management consulting.
Also, for the second time in four months executive
search firm Heidrick & Struggles International has completed an acquisition
in the Asia-Pacific region. The Chicago-based company said January 8 that it had
acquired RentonJames, described as a boutique executive search and leadership
consulting firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. In October, Heidrick &
Struggles paid $51.6 million to acquire the Sydney, Australia-based team of
Highland Partners, an executive search company that formerly was a division of
Hudson Highland Group Inc.
