I'm trying to find a source to research questions I have about our Section 125 plan document. I've tried to find the IRS code online but have had no luck. Any direction is appreciated.

I found a website for a company who does the administration of Section 125 plans, but what's great about their site they have all sorts of documents discussing what Section 125s are. Their url is http://cafeteriaplan.homepage.com/. Employers file a form 5500 Section F with their taxes if they have a cafeteria plan in place. I hope this helps.

I also went to www.ask.com and typed in "Where can I find information on Section 125 plans?" and Jeeves found all sorts of information on that search. Some more useful than others.
