Dear Colleagues,
My company would like to revise the current tuition policy to include a provision that requires an employee to pay back reimbursement received if the employee leaves the Company during a specific time frame. Do you have any policy examples or suggestions on how to set this up? I know that the employee would have to sign an agreement verifying that he/she will pay it back and give the Company authorization to deduct it from their last pay check (and then some).
