Retailer Seeking 401K Plan

Hi, I'm a Director of Human Resources and am in search of a 401k plan for our
company. We are a retailer and have
42 stores nationwide. We are very concerned about cost (isn't everyone)
and it must be easy enough to administrate since 2 people including myself will be in charge of the plan. We have about 200 employees very young, it is retail after
all. We have a difficult time convincing employees to sign up for health insurance, convincing them to
invest in the future at ages 18 and up
will be another challenge.

We have received several proposals, evaluating all them is a tough task.

Anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone
had experience with a 401k provider that
we should consider? Thanks!
