We are in the process of looking at our tuition reimbursement policy. How do most of you handle it? We reimburse 100% plus books and fees, however we only reimburse at the state university rate which is $95 per credit hour while other schools in the area are as much as $300 per credit hour. Thanks for your help. |

I belive most companies put an annual limit to the reimbursement, not a call limit. Our limit is $5,000 per year. And, some employees require the full amount, others don't. We also break it down further to only reimburse for certain grades. B+ or better is reimbursed at 100% while B- and lower is not reimbursed at all. I hope this helps. |

We also limit our reimbursement to an annual amount of $5,250; however, we will reimburse for any grade of a "C" or better. As long as it is a 2 or 4 year institution, we will reimburse tuition, books, supplies, and lab fees. |
