Currently I use look back year for our yearly testing. I just want to confirm that if I have a new hire who is starting with a salary of $85,000 or more and would otherwise be considered "highly compensated" I do not need to include his data as highly compensated until next year because I am using the data of the look back year to classify highly compensated employees. Am I correct?
