Please advise! I am an expat working in HR at a company abroad. The company is pretty inexperienced with deal with expat employees and as a result there are no policies (on paper) for us. Next week I am meeting with my boss to set these policies down on paper but would appreciate some guidance on specifics. Namely, how much home leave is standard for expat employees, how many paid trips home per year,etc. Any specifics that you could share would be wonderful!
