My company is working towards listing our company on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) Board. Part of the requirement is to submit human resource plan for the next 5 years in terms of structure and employment.

Contents could include the staff strength in the next 5 years. What are the training plans for these staff and the budget allocated for training them. Perhaps, having a ratio of local hires and expatriate will also reveal how dependent will your company be in terms of hiring locals. You did not mention whether your company is a local or a foreign company and also the business, hence, not able to share more. In some, the type of industry will determine if there is a benefit to the country in terms of transfer of learning.
