There are some perks and benefits that come with an offer of employment and are part of the offer. Health insurance, paid parking, holidays, are examples I'm thinking of.

So, are these part of the employee's compensation *package*?

Further, may the employer stop providing any or all of those benefits without an offsetting monetary replacement?

May the employer take one or all of the benefits and give them to a family member or use it/them for the employer's personal benefit without an offsetting monetary replacement?

Generally, only the cash compensation offered to an employee is considered the "compensation package" - it's the cash quid pro quo for the job. Unless it's otherwise stipulated in a contract, employers can change employee benefits to meet business needs.
