Hi,
I'm with a pre ipo firm of 40 ees. We have a PTO accrual of .66 days per month for the first year; plus a standard 12 holidays.
I would like info on how other cos. accrue PTO and/or vacation and sick. Is it on a monthly basis? Per pay period? Awarded after 90 days? 1 year?
