We are currently evaluating our benefits and while we offer a very comprehensive benefits package, we are considering adding additional benefits such as adoption reimbursement and legal services as well as other voluntary benefits. We already offer additional life insurance and long term care to our employees. Does anyone have any suggestions or expierence with additional benefits and voluntary benefits that can be shared?

We are setting up Voluntary Employee Medical Associations (VEMA) for companies with 100 employees or more. It works just like a 401k where the employee can contribute and there may be a company match. The employee has a menu of anything the company wants to put in including mutual funds.

If you have employees who pay for parking at work or a commuter lot or have employees who use mass transit / van pools. You can offer a Qualified Transportation Benefits program, outsourced to QTB Services (www.qtbservices.com)will be a no cost to the employer with a great benefit to the employee. QTB does the administration and keeps it simple for the employer and employee in all locations throughout the USA.
